Superheroes Program in Vancouver Coastal Health

Activities for community groups and schools

We have an active school program, plenty of resources for community educators, and we’re happy to help get your group acquainted with the Safety Superheroes. Are you teaching a grade 1-3 class, leading a group of Brownies or Beavers,  or running afterschool care or another event with groups of kids and/or intergenerational groups? If you are located within the Vancouver Coastal Health region you can order a resource package which will let you run the workshop with your class. Areas and school districts in the Vancouver Coastal Health region are:

• West Vancouver (SD45)
• Sunshine Coast (SD46)
• Powell River (SD47)
• Sea-to-Sky (SD48)
• Central Coast (SD49)

We will mail you a package of all the resources used in the workshops (book, checklists, certificates) and a lesson plan/instructions for how to deliver the workshop to your class/group including: talking points, prompts, questions and an additional resources list. To order your free resource pack, please fill out our online order form. It will take up to 7-10 business days for you to receive your materials.
