Eye Spy Game

IN ENGLISH

Look around the room and use your best Superhero Spy skills to see if you can spot any fall hazards in the environment around you.

Raise your hand if you think you see something that was talked about in the book that could make someone fall.

Can you think of anything NOT mentioned in the book that you could change in the room around you to help prevent a fall?

If it’s something easily fixable (straightening a carpet, picking up a toy) then choose a volunteer to become a superhero and have them actually fix the issue.

Not an easy fix? Ask the kids who they think would be able to help them accomplish their goal.

Now, make sure you use your Superhero Spy Eyes when you get home to see what can be made safer around your house.

Déambulez dans la classe et utilisez vos plus grands talents d’espion et de super héros pour découvrir les risques de chute autour de vous.

Levez la main si vous croyez avoir découvert un danger dont on a parlé dans le livre qui pourrait faire chuter quelqu’un.

Avez-vous en tête d’autres dangers qui ne sont PAS mentionnés dans le livre, mais que vous pourriez éliminer dans la classe pour prévenir une chute?

S’il s’agit de quelque chose facilement corrigible (p. ex., redresser un tapis, ramasser un jouet), nommez un volontaire pour devenir un super héros et corriger le problème.

La correction n’est pas facile à apporter? Demandez aux enfants de proposer une personne qui pourrait les aider à atteindre leur but.

Maintenant, à votre retour à la maison, utilisez votre œil d’espion et de super héros pour découvrir ce qui pourrait améliorer la sécurité de votre famille à l’intérieur et à l’extérieur de votre maison.
